After last year's hugely successful event we remain committed to celebrating the fantastic achievements of TCA qualified coaches who continually inspire and make a difference to the lives of so many.

The Coaching within Education Award is awarded to a qualified coach who uses their coaching skills within the education sector. Either through coaching young people, parents, teachers, college/university professors, early years education professionals, deputy heads, social workers, youth clubs, or anyone else involved in education. We are looking for outstanding coaches who use their skills to positively impact the education industry and the lives of their clients to evoke real change.
The Executive Coach of the Year Award is awarded to a qualified coach who uses their coaching skills in large-scale corporate environments. This can include team coaching, leadership coaching, conflict-resolution coaching, change management, or working with anyone in the corporate and executive sector. We are looking for outstanding coaches who use their skills to create a culture of coaching and a positive and lasting change within corporate environments.
The Small Business Coach of the Year Award is awarded to a qualified coach who uses their coaching skills in small businesses and startups. This can include coaching entrepreneurs, small-team coaching, strategic planning, customer focus coaching, business growth coaching, or working with anyone with/or working within a small business or startup. We are looking for outstanding coaches who use their coaching skills to empower small businesses, startups, their leaders and employees.
The Best Newcomer Award is awarded to a qualified coach, who has recently graduated and is using their coaching skills in a unique and powerful way to grow a thriving coaching practice, in any niche within a business or corporation.
The NLP Practitioner of the Year Award is awarded to a qualified NLP practitioner/coach who is using their NLP skills within their coaching or practitioner business, or within an organisation. This award is for any recently qualified NLP practitioner/coach, in any niche who is using their NLP skills to transform the lives of others.
The Life Coach Of The Year Award is our most prestigious award. We are looking for outstanding coaches, who have solid coaching experience and have grown a thriving coaching practice. This award is in honour of a qualified coach, who has taken their coaching skills and built a successful coaching business, or an individual who is using coaching within their organisation in an outstanding way - in any niche that falls under the umbrella of Life and Personal Performance Coaching.
The International Coach of the Year Award is awarded to a qualified coach who is using their coaching skills internationally. This award is for any qualified coach, in any niche, who uses coaching across the globe, coaching in a different language, running a thriving international coaching practice, or working in an international corporation. We are looking for outstanding coaches who are working globally while making a difference to their individual clients.
The CPD Coach of the Year Award is awarded to a CPD Accredited Coach who is committed to enhancing their skill set and continuing their professional development. We are looking for outstanding coaches who have enhanced their learning by becoming a CPD Accredited Coach.
The Coaching for a Cause Award is awarded to a qualified coach who is using their coaching skills to give back. This could include coaching within non-for-profits/NGOs/charities, coaching underrepresented groups, refugee coaching, disability coaching, coaching through adversity and/or coaching individuals for a cause. We are looking for outstanding coaches who are using their skills to effect real change.
The DISC within Coaching Award is awarded to a DISC certified and/or accredited professional who uses their DISC skills within their professional life to enhance their communication, understanding and results. This can include using DISC within teams, as a leader/manager, or when working with clients. We are looking for passionate individuals who have applied their DISC knowledge to get outstanding results, professionally or personally.
