Conflict is everywhere. In our personal or professional lives, with our family, children, partners, boss or colleagues. Even with people, we connect within society as a whole, it affects everyone. Handled well conflict is healthy, but unfortunately we are often not shown healthy ways to handle conflict which ultimately can lead to a cost to our health, relationships and ultimately our career.
In this Coaching Academy niche Conflict coaching day Sharon Lawton will share the knowledge, insight and tools that she has used and gained in over 14 years of delivering group and 1-1 conflict coaching programmes.
You will leave this workshop with the confidence and tools to support clients manage and handle conflict healthy and also understand what triggers conflict in the first place.
Who Is Your Trainer?
Sharon Lawton is an award-winning coach and Head of Training and Development at The Coaching Academy. She has a successful background in delivering conflict management, emotional wellbeing and resilience programmes. Sharon’s training style is empowering and thought-provoking. She has a huge passion for motivation, empowerment and growth and is particularly interested in inspiring people to achieve their full potential.
Sharon is also NHS Mental Health First Aid Trained and delivered a Conflict Coaching programme with funding from the Department of Work and Pensions via a contract with Hertfordshire County Council.
